EU CAP Network seminar ‘On-farm demonstrations for peer-to-peer learning & innovation’

Researchers from CREA Ricerca represent AQUAGRI-KNOW at the EU CAP Network seminar “On-Farm Demonstrations for Peer-to-Peer Learning and Innovation,” held on 17– 18 June 2025 in Venice. As members of both the project and the Italian National CAP Network, Marianna Ferrigno and Mara Lai contribute to discussions on how demonstration farms support knowledge sharing and innovation in rural areas. The seminar focuses on the role of demo farms in farmer-to-farmer learning, their integration into Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation Systems (AKIS), and ways to scale and sustain these efforts. It brings together farmers, researchers, and policy actors to share best practices and strengthen connections across European innovation networks.
